I wouldn’t call it a loft when the ceiling is only 10.5ft and 2 of the 3 bedrooms are so small. It makes no sense to build in a premium for a roof right that does not even currently come with the apt. At best case the coop board approves the roof and the buyer still needs to pay more money for it later, worst case they could say no. Based on the pix, floor plan and location I’m guessing (am not a professional:-) at least $400/ft overpriced.

$1.449mm and $855/mo (condo; taxes abated) for one-bedroom with “1,088 sq ft”; aside from the recent price drop $54k), once again we’ll leave it at the rhetorical question (“How does one define the perfect living space?“).

Just saw 150 West 26th today. Decent place. The only problem is that two windows in the living room will be blocked because of a hotel coming up in the front. The two windows are the main source of light – they open up to the skyline. The remaining pretty much open up to dark spaces or look directly into other offices/buildings. I can’t imagine how dark the place would become without the two windows. Other than that, the place is well done.
