Here is another new Manhattan loft listing that I will try to follow (like the two in 2 new Tribeca lofts too pushy or just pushy enough?? from yesterday) because it may be pushing prices further than The Market will bear (note the subtle Goldilocks reference).

This one (anonymous, of course, end of an era for Manhattan Loft Guy / a new day dawns? from April 9) was sold as a new conversion in February for about $1,050/ft and is now offered for resale at about $1,350/ft. Despite taking 14 months and 3 price drops to sell as brand new.

That bears watching, I think. (Ouch)
