This is my twentieth report on the number, price distribution and neighborhood distribution for Manhattan lofts reported as new to the market or as closed sales in the last 7 days.

The stats as of Sunday night …

  • there were 39 lofts reported as new to the market in the last 7 days and 28 as sold
  •  27 of the 39 new ones are offered below $3mm, and 4 at more than $5mm; while 23 of the 28 closed sales were under $3mm
  •  4 of the 39 new loft listings are in new development and 9 of the 28 closed sales were
