$1.295mm and $1,288/mo, and “coy about size coy about size but this classic Long-and-Narrow has little flexibility. The 3 front windows are in the “living room”, while the 3 back windows all have plumbing – 2 baths and kitchen – that mostly close off those windows from the rest of the space. If you can deal with interior “bedrooms”, this is reasonably priced and relatively classic Tribeca space”
