update alert / now 27 pairs of paired Manhattan loft resales, 2007 + recently

That collection of paired resales of Manhattan lofts is now 27, and that March 5 data dump (data dump: 27 Manhattan lofts sold in 2007 + recently) has been updated (again), for all you who seem to have bookmarked that post.

I must say that I have been blown away by the click-pattern on that March 5 post, with a ratio of Visitors to Unique Visitors of 6:1 and a huge number of both kinds of hits. I am thrilled that it has turned out to be so popular.

Now that there are 27 paired resales, I have added just a bit of commentary to what started out as a 14 piece data set. I suspect that this 2007-based set is nearly played out at this point. When we get full closing data for April 2010, I will stop updating this post. We will then have 6 months of "recent" sales (going back to November 1, 2009), which feels like a nice round number.

A 2006-based set of paired Manhattan loft resales is in the works. At the moment that collection has 21 twins. Not sure when that one will be deemed Ready For Daylight….
