Manhattan loft inventory as of March 8 = 949

Number of Manhattan lofts offered for sale as of Sunday night continues to reflect a bulging inventory: 
 

This is up 15 in a week, while up 269 since my recorded low in mid-August, the second (in a new streak of weeks?) in a row with record inventory in my limited data set (since June).
