Manhattan loft inventory as of March 1 = 934

That dip last week? Fuggedaboudit…. Number of Manhattan lofts offered for sale as of Sunday night definitely continues to reflect a bulging inventory: 
 

This is up 22 in a week, while up 254 since my recorded low in mid-August, possibly beginning another streak of weeks in a row with record inventory in my limited data set (since June).
