What with the earliest reporting dates for pitches and catchers to baseball’s spring training sites as early as February 11. (Full schedule here.) Only the Cubbies and the Rockies have the earliest dates, with most Florida teams reporting a week from Wednesday, February 13.

Both local teams report that Wednesday, but don’t expect to see Lightnin’ Rod until after the All Star break, if then.
