This is the sixty-sixth Manhattan Loft Guy report on the number, price distribution and neighborhood distribution for Manhattan lofts reported as new to the market or as closed sales in the last 7 days.
The stats as of Sunday night:

there were 42 Manhattan lofts reported as new to the market in the last 7 days (the highest week for new listings since October) and 14 as sold (after last week’s shut out)

25 of the 42 new ones are offered between $1mm and $3mm and 13 above $3mm, while 10 of the 14 sales were offered below $2mm

8 of the 42 new loft listings are in new developments, while 5 of the 14 closed sales were in new developments
