Unit 4A Is the latest unit at 251 W 23 St to come to market of late. Asking $2.25mm (and $1,212/mo in taxes and common charges), it is said to be a “true old school loft”, with 12’ 6” ceilings, a home office and a kitchen that must go ‘bam!’ (so be careful).
 
Floor plan to come?
 
follow the bouncing price at 251 W 19 St – now UP has the story of #3C and info about other units recently for sale in the building.
 
They are still waiting for that new lobby to replace “Lofty’s” aptly phrased “unsightly throwback” at the lobby entrance (see the comments to the post above).
