Warning: there are no interior pix (not even for the “beautifully finished modern windowed kitchen”) and only one bath; sounds like a renovator’s special; the unit next door sold 2 years ago for $1.5mm (for “2,100 sq ft”)
2d warning: that beautiful west (river) view is over the gas station (how long will that gas station last?? I don’t know either)
