new to the market and closed sales in the last 7 days


This is my sixteenth report on the number, price distribution and neighborhood distribution for Manhattan lofts reported as new to the market or as closed sales in the last 7 days.

The stats as of Sunday night …

·                         there were 37 lofts reported as new to the market in the last 7 days and 35 as sold
·                         11 of the 37 new ones are offered between $3mm and $4mm, and 5 at more than $5mm; while 31 of the 35 closed sales were under $3mm
·                         8 of the 37 new loft listings are in new development (6 in 15 East 26 Street) and 11 of the 35 closed sales were (2 in Loft 25, 6 in the Downtown Club and 3 in Fultonhaus)
