price drop at 258 Bway reno project

I still can’t easily grasp the layout here, but258Broadway #3G became easier (less expensive) to ownthis weekend, when the price dropped $120k. It was $1.62mm ($1,464/mo) for “1,800 sqft” of “interior duplex” space, and is now$1.5mm.

Interesting play of space vs. dollars here, with what lookslike two 900 sq ft boxes on top of each other, with the lower levelhaving some additional up-ing and down-ing (check the floor planor — better yet — visit the space); some ceilings ashigh as 18 ft; needs updating (other thankitchen)
